Hand-spun to perfection, on-site at the venue of your choosing, by one of our lovely Twirlettes.  Enjoy a classic childhood confection turned into a stylish whimsical experience. Our On-Site Catering Service is perfect for: Weddings, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Sweet Sixteens, and Festivals, Corporate Events, Grand Openings, School Events, Premieres, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Charity Events and any sweet celebration!

Twirl’s Cotton Candy Carriage is fabulously equipped with a commercial grade candy floss machine, a chic clear protective dome and a design inspired by the Victorian era pram baby carriage. A stylishly dressed, charming and professional Twirlette will be twirling the sugary clouds for your celebration. Additional Twirlettes are an additional option for passed tray service. On average, we can twirl about 2 cotton candy cones per minute.

 TWIRLY TERMS & CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL FLAVORS
Need more flavors?  Additional flavors and combinations can be added for a nominal creativity fee. Let’s experiment! Custom flavors can be made for your special event.

SAMPLING
Having trouble making a decision? We know, all the flavors sound delightful. Not to worry! We offer tasting sessions after your reservation has been made. If you have not made a reservation, yet would like to sample flavors, a sampling deposit will apply. This deposit will be applied towards your total booking.

 DEPOSIT
A  $75 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the total cost of service and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full deposit refund: 30 days prior to the event
Partial deposit refund: two weeks prior to the event
For events of 200+ guest the cancellation must be made 45 days prior to the event to receive a refund

PAYMENT
We accept cash, check, Paypal or credit card (+2%)

BUSINESS HOURS + HOLIDAYS
Our standard operating hours vary from event to event. Typically, bookings start and finish between the hours of 12:00pm-10:00pm. Events scheduled outside of normal operating hours will require an additional fee. Additionally, events schedule on the following holidays will be subject to a holiday service fee: New Years, Easter, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve. We are closed Thanksgiving, Family day and Christmas.

ACCOMMODATIONS
For optimum operation, the Twirl team needs access to a standard 120volt outlet. An elevator may be required for venues above the ground level. The minimum dimensions of space needed is approximately 6×6.

TRAVEL
We are proud to serve the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson and surrounding areas within a 25 miles radius. Events held outside of city limits will incur a travel fee.
California, Arizona, Utah– we will come to you! An additional travel fee will be required for out of state bookings.
